Deloris Collins is a horror and dark fantasy writer and filmmaker whose scripts have been recognised by leading genre festivals and major screenwriting competitions.
Her screenplay, The Nightmare Man, won Best Horror Screenplay at the British Horror Film Festival, and was a Semifinalist at Screamfest 2025 and a Finalist in the Final Draft Big Break Competition
Her dark fantasy script, The Darkest of Souls, advanced to the Second Round of the Austin Film Festival and has earned praise for its world-building and character-driven narrative.
Alongside her writing work, Deloris is a professional Digital Imaging Technician (DIT) in the UK film industry and directed the award-winning short fantasy film SKIN, which won Best Fantasy Short at the Terror Film Festival and Best Fantasy Film at the Austin Short Film Festival.
